MADRID

We remembered the Lord in Madrid, Spain. Praise the Lord! There were about 50 saints attend the meeting. The meeting is in Spanish. It is not hard to read in Spanish. As it is quit similar to Malay and English. So, I sang the hymns in Spanish. Very enjoyable. We fellowship on Msg 3 of the Crystallization study of Acts. I met a numbers of saints who migrated to Spain for His move here. Beside Bro Jameson's family and Sis Rebecca(i mentioned about them in last post), I met Sis Berlin(i may spell it wrong) and family. She is local and her husband is an American. They moved here about a year ago for the Lord. Also Bro Leeland, who came for an interview, he is also from US. He had gone through the full time training, and now is applying job, so that he and his wife can move to Spain. They all very burdened for Spain. Also Sis Jessica from Mexico. She is a pharmacist. Initially she want to go to Canada. But the Lord says, No. In her voice there is a voice says, Spain.(no one had ever talk with her about Spain, it is really from the Lord). But she wants to go to Canada, she ask the Lord, Why Spain? At last, she is here!Praise the Lord! We can never win. Thank the Lord for being so merciful to us. She had been here for two years, currently teaching part time in the secondary school while waiting for the approval from the government which will allow her to practise her pharmacy in Spain. She may got it in June. Please pray for this. She is very new in the church life, just about 4 years, but now she is cooperating with the energicing God. She is shepherding a contact who gained through the radio broadcasting(every wed, fri and Lord's Day night, at 10pm. for about an hour), and the contact bring another friend. So, she is shepherding them and will help Sis Penny(will mention about her in next post) in Rhema work. I'm very happy to meet so many saints who gave themselves for His move. The Lord is really moving in Spain. That's why He moved so many saints to care for Spain. After the meeting, the saints will always eat lunch together. They even sing in the restaurant. Sis Rebecca, Jessica, Bro. Leeland and I went to Museo del Prado and Parque del Retiro in the evening. We do not get into the museo as the Q is really long, i think it is about 1km long, right from the entrance, along the side, until it is out from the compound of the museo, so we gave up(I visited the National Gallery in Dublin, they have a lots of intresting painting about the story in the Bible,e.g., John the baptist being headed...). Parque del Retiro is a very big and beautiful park. It has a glass house, Palacio de Crystal. Very impressived. Then, on the way to Real Palace(Bro Leeland hasnt been there), we pass through a McDonald(it is in green colour)!This is the view of the city of Madrid. The sisters bring me to take Tapas, a famous local food, people in Madrid use to have it with bir. We also ordered a Tortilla Espanola, a kind of ommelete with potatoes. Yummy!
