Christina can speak Swiss German, German, English, Chinese and play piano, guitar...she is only 9 years old but she sweep the floor and wash toilet. beautiful lake(without the reflection). We are on our way to Milan on Saturday morning. Lugano.(A small town were people here speak italian). ST. GALLEN, SWITZERLAND 21 April(Tue), we had prayer meeting. The saints prayed in German. It is new to me. This is the first time I heard German. We pray for the contacts and the saints, Lord's testimony in Italy. I cant really fellowship with the saints. I realized how important it is to know more languages. Sis Bunhelda is a German. Her brother, Luigi is an Italian. Bro Simon, Vincent and Sis Renate are Swiss. What a blending! On Wednesday evening, we went to a zoo with the children. It is very well designed that you can touch the animals and even feed the animals. Here, in Switzerland, I had been saved from Chinese culture completely. The food is different, the way the children being brought up is different, the way to handle things is different...We are in one new man culture!!haha. So, I enjoy it very much. Just before I reached Switzerland, out of a sudden, I remembered what Bro Ron said when I was 19 in the Chinese New Years Conference, Kuala Lumpur. He encouraged us to read life-study. I cant really remember exactly, what he said, but what i can recalled were if you read 2 messages of life study a week, you will be able to finished it(i cant remembered he refer to NT only or the whole Bible) in 10 years. I still remembered when i heard that, my first thought was oh, no, ten years, it is too long for me. But later as i was counting, I'm 19 this year, so after ten years, i will be 29. Wow, it is a great achievement though to finished the life study when i am 29. So, at that time, i do make a resolution that i will take that challenge. and after that, as most of the time, i forget absolutely about it until this time the Lord reminded me. I'm going to be 29 this year. I have at least 6 months to go, and now i'm in life study of Hebrew. I feel I would be able to make it before the deadline. Thank you Lord for reminded me, so that i can keep my vow. That's why I spent a lots of time reading life study in Switzerland and I think I will do the same thing for the rest of my trip. Here are some fellowship from Bro Po Yi to all the young people, " I was saved in 1985, and being brought into the church life. 1990, I joined FTTA, then, served in campus. After marriage, I came to Switzerland. To serve the Lord is not a work but a living. How you live, matters a lot. And the burden to serve Him is developed gradually. When you grow in life, you will spontaneously have burden to care for others and work for the Lord. But this work is not some great event or spectacualr work, it is our living. In our daily life, we contact the Lord, reading the ministry, receive supply from Him constantly, spontaneously you will outflow Christ. You cannot help but share with others what you had enjoyed. This is overflowing. And it is a peasure to serve some one we love and who loves us. For young people, three points is very important. 1. Time. 2. Character. 3. Learning. Time flys. Time fly very fast, we have to treasure our time. Character will determine how much you can be used by the Lord, therefore our humanity need to be built up properly. Learning, require us to be humble. We need to learn both in school and also spiritual things. But the most important things above all is our relationship with the Lord and being in the church life. If you have a proper development in the human aspect, to get a job is not a problem. But what job should you take, which company and etc, you have to ask the Lord. the same thing for marriage. to be married is not a problem, but whom should you marry, you have to leave it to the Lord and pray. if we consecrate ourselves while we were young, the Lord will lead you. Even, when you meet difficulties and you leave, the Lord will still bring you back. But of course the best is to remain in the church life." Bro Po Yi and Sis Renate had been in St Gallen for about 10 years. Initially, they go from door to door to sent out Rhema cards but nothing seems to happened. So they decided, every Tuesday, they will separate an hour to pray together. Then, the Lord added a couple with them. Then, they gained a campus student(Bro Vincent), who then joined the two years full time training and now is working in St Gallen, staying with them. Then, another brother from Taiwan. Then, a couple who had not been meeting for 18 years came back to the church life. then, someone from Russia.... Now, they are having Lord's Day meeting twice a month. They havent break bread but the saints do come regularly. (there were two churches in Switzerland but not in St Gallen yet). Just as Bro Po Yi said, they are not working but living. Through their living, the numbers grows slowly. May the Lord continues to bless them and add more people with them. On Saturday, 25 April, we leaved to Milan. The scenery is very beautiful.
